Bronx, NY – This afternoon, a family just trying to go about their everyday lives faced terror and violence at the hands of ICE in Marble Hill.

Yet we are not surprised. ICE’s brutality today is emblematic of what the people we represent endure daily – from violent arrests in our communities to neglect and dehumanization in ICE detention.

We stand resolute in our commitment to provide universal representation to all New Yorkers facing ICE overreach. Most importantly, we will continue to fight for a day when our neighbors do not have to live in fear.

If you have a loved one who is a New Yorker in immigration detention and unable to afford an attorney, complete our referral form at bxd.pub/ReferToNYIFUP
