Peter comes to The Bronx Defenders after having worked for nearly three years at the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County representing clients accused of misdemeanors and felonies. He earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated cum laude and was awarded the Equal Justice Works Award. While in law school, he served as associate editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review and participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic with the St. Louis County office of the Missouri State Public Defender. After law school, he served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael L. Ravin, a criminal division, felony trial judge in Newark, New Jersey. Peter earned his undergraduate degree in political science from McGill University.
