Morgan Everhart


Morgan graduated with a J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was vice president of Harvard Defenders and a student attorney with the Criminal Justice Institute. She also participated in the Crimmigration Clinic and interned with the Texas Defender Service as part of the Capital Punishment Clinic. She spent her first summer as a Ford Foundation Public Interest Law Fellow at the New Orleans Workers’ Center for Racial Justice, and her second summer at The Bronx Defenders. Prior to law school, Morgan served as a Spanish interpreter and client services intern for the Orleans Public Defenders. She graduated summa cum laude from Tulane University with a B.A. in Philosophy and Spanish.
