Molly Reis

Molly earned her law degree at the University of London, Queen Mary College in 2011. During law school, she worked at Queen Mary’s Legal Advice Center, providing free legal advice to East Londoners. In her final year, Molly worked within the Center’s Pink Law project, which is committed to offering a welcoming and confidential environment for the LGBT community when seeking free legal advice. Molly spent law school summers clerking for the Vermont Defender General. After law school, Molly returned to the US to practice civil litigation in her home state of Vermont, during which time she was admitted to the Vermont and New York bars. Thereafter she worked as a public defender for Addison and Rutland counties, also in Vermont, before coming to The Bronx Defenders to join the Criminal Defense Practice. She holds a B.A. from McGill University.
