Lenora is an attorney who has been specializing exclusively in criminal defense since she received her J.D. from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, she earned a spot on the Moot Court Honor Society after winning first place in her school’s 1L Oral Competition. During her 2L summer she interned at a public defender’s office and also had the opportunity to defend young men and women in juvenile court as part of the Barry Law Children and Families’ Clinic. Upon successful completion of law school, Lenora went on to work as a Full-Time Criminal Defense Attorney with the Office of the Public Defender, Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida. During her career, she successfully tried traffic, misdemeanor, felonies and even high-profile cases. A skilled, knowledgeable and passionate advocate, Lenora is dedicated to the practice of public defense. Lenora was a volunteer Legal Advocate at the Bronx Defenders before becoming a Staff Attorney. Born and raised in the Bronx, Lenora returned home to continue her goal in trying to obtain justice for her fellow Bronxites.
