Jean Padilla

Jean earned his Bachelors degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and a minor in Black Studies from the State University of New York at New Paltz. While in New Paltz, Jean received the Margaret Wade Lewis award for his dedication to save and rebuild the Black Studies department. Jean interned at the Center for Community Alternatives and the Community Service Society of New York. He also hosted various community service events at Highland Juvenile Residential Center and participated in the Inside-out course at Brookwood Secure Center. Jean is fluent in Spanish.
