Claire Glass

Claire received her J.D. from Fordham Law School in 2017. While at Fordham, Claire represented clients charged with crimes in Manhattan through Fordham’s criminal defense clinic, served as co-director of the Fordham Law Defenders and the Suspension Representation Project representing New York City public school students in suspension hearings, and was the online managing editor of Fordham’s Urban Law Journal. Claire was awarded the Robert Aram Renzulli Prize for excellence in criminal law upon graduation. She spent her 1L summer with Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem, interned for the Legal Aid Society’s Prisoners’ Rights Project during her 2L fall semester, and spent her 2L summer with the Bronx Defenders. Before law school Claire worked as a freelance journalist in Chicago. Claire graduated Cum Laude from NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
