Anne received her J.D. from New York University School of Law. While at NYU Law, Anne represented children charged with crimes through the Juvenile Defender Clinic and clients facing deportation through the Immigrant Defense Clinic. She was a law clerk at Orleans Public Defender, the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem and The Bronx Defenders. Prior to law school, Anne worked at the Office of the Colorado State Public Defender and Haddon, Morgan and Foreman, P.C., a private law firm in Denver, Colorado. Anne holds a B.A. in American Studies from Yale University. In addition to her role as staff attorney, while at The Bronx Defenders, Anne has researched prosecutorial misconduct and racial disparity in the criminal justice system as a Harvard Law School Fair Punishment Project Fellow. Anne joined The Bronx Defender’s Forensic Practice Group as a Ballistics Specialist in the fall of 2016.
